At Senna Boutique, we believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you do wish to return something, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how the return process works and the conditions your return shipment must meet.
Returns - how it works
Step 1: Register your return
Send an email to akkayabol@outlook.com stating your order number, which items you wish to return and - in the event of damage or a defect - clear photos of the product. We will send you a return form and further instructions.
Step 2: Pack the items carefully
The items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging. All labels and tags must still be attached. Products may only be removed from their packaging to the extent necessary to assess them as you would in a physical store.
Hygiene-sensitive products, such as makeup or skincare, must not have been opened or used.
Step 3: Return the package
Make sure your return shipment is sent within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return package and shipping costs. The return shipment will be processed at our central warehouse in Asia. As a result, shipping costs may be higher than you are used to. Please also take into account possible customs fees or import duties; these are at your own expense.
Step 4: Receive your refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the amount within 10 working days. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The original shipping costs and any additional costs will not be refunded.
Important return conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and labels. Products must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
If there are signs of use, a return may be (partially) refused.
Hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Damage or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt, including clear photos.
Shipping costs and return address
The costs for returning items are at your own expense. Returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia. As a result, shipping costs may be higher than you are used to. Import duties or customs fees may be charged and are at the customer's expense.
Traceability and liability
We recommend that you always send your return shipment using a traceable shipping method.
Keep the shipping receipt in a safe place. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Depreciation
If a product is not returned in its original condition, we may apply a depreciation charge. This also applies if labels have been removed or packaging has been opened or damaged.
